1. About Pakaya

Pakaya is a mobile and web app for creating and organizing packing lists and trip planning — checklists, notes, and optional sync across devices. Using the App means you accept these terms. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

2. Free plan

Pakaya is free to use today, with no account required — the App works fully offline. The free plan carries the following limits:

• 5 active trips
• 3 archived trips
• 10 checklists per trip
• 150 items per trip
• 10 groups per checklist
• 5 participants per trip
• 3 saved templates

These are the current defaults and may be adjusted from time to time as the App evolves.

3. Paid plan — coming soon

A paid plan with higher limits is planned for a future release. No payment is currently collected through the App, and nothing about the free plan changes until that plan launches.

4. Acceptable use

Use the App only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, or use it to store or share unlawful content.

5. Your account

An account is optional and, when created, uses only email and password. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Settings.

6. Availability

The App is offered "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Because Pakaya is local-first, your data stays usable on your device even if sync is briefly unavailable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pakaya is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes within the App.
